down payment

Upon your request/booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation with the payment details by e-mail. The day of arrival and day of departure are counted, but you can arrive at any time. For your part, you confirm the reservation by paying a deposit of 30% of the total rental price within one week. Please understand that we have to request this deposit as confirmation of your reservation. In case of cancellation / no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

final payment

The remainder of the rent is paid in cash upon arrival to the property manager, who will warmly welcome you to our guest house.

extra costs

On request, we will also be happy to prepare your breakfast for you.

The rental price includes housekeeper, security service, water and waste water, gas, garbage disposal, house cleaning, change of bed linen and towels.
